hair care

I went for a hair test, then they ask me some questions 1.how meany times you wash your hair ? 2.how much time u spend your time in traffic ? and they test my hair and gave me some suggestions i want to share with you.

Oil your hair

a night before a hair wash. If that is too much, at least an hour before washing your hair. Massage your scalp with warm oil and spread it to the the tips of your hair.
A lot of women forget to apply oil on the tips and in most cases, this leads to split ends.
I prefer to use warm olive oil. But you can use any oil you want to. I use only coconut oil, my mom made for me.

This process will help like a conditioner to hair.

Steam

This step is optional. Before half an hour from washing your hair, wrap your hair in a steaming towel.

Shampoo

Shampoo your hair the next morning. Use your finger tips to work the  shampoo into lather  (this helps stimulate blood circulation in the head) and then rinse it off.  Keep the shampoo routine pretty short as the chemicals in shampoo can dry your scalp out.  These days I am using  Fiama Diwills Shampoo(anti hair fall) for normal hair u can use soap nuts or Dove shampoo your wish and so far,  I am loving it.
Also, DO NOT USE HOT water for washing your hair. Use luke warm water. This will help your hair to retain moisture.

Conditioner

I have seen a lot of Indian women completely skip the step of conditioning. A conditioner is very important for miniaturization and reconstruction of your hair.
How to use a hair conditioner?
1.After shampooing, squeeze your hair gently to remove the excess amount of water so that your hair can come into greater contact with the hair conditioner you are going to apply. Pour the conditioner to the palms and rub them before applying to your air. Apply the hair conditioner to the hair shaft and ends. If you have oily hair, apply to the ends only. You do not need to apply it to the roots of the hair as the roots already have its own sebum and you do not need to condition it.

2.Use your fingers to detangle the hair, this would help you to spread the conditioner evenly. Some people also use a wide toothed comb but I am not comfortable with that. Combs and brushes tend to break the wet hair break easily. This is a personal preference.
3.Generally, you have to leave the conditioners on the hair for 3 minutes before rinsing. Always follow the instructions on the packaging instructions for the time stated. Do not leave the hair conditioners for too long or too short for optimal result.
4.Rinsing is another important step also. Always rinse off the hair conditioners with warm water completely and follow the directions on the packaging labels. Any residual conditioners can attract dust and thus resulting in an oily appearance.
I am using Flama Diwills Conditioner they suggested me to use it. Before that i didnt used any conditioner,  But now i am happy with my hair

Pat and Pamper

When damp, don’t rub your hair vigorously as excess friction can cause hair to break off! Pat gently with a towel.

Air Dry

Air dry your hair as much as you can. Keep the usage of blow dryer to the minimal. If you have to use a hairdryer, keep it slightly away from the hair, and use lower heat settings.
I follow this routine atleast twice a week. You may follow it as per your hair and scalp needs.
Have a happy head!

Remedies for hair loss:
Hair loss, thinning of hair and balding is some of the common hair problems. Many of us suffer from these ailments due to our modern lifestyle and diet. Ayurveda can be very beneficial in treating these conditions as it investigates the root cause of the problem. The causes for these hair conditions are:

Excess of Pitta dosha in the body is the chief cause of hair problems. Pitta is increased by excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Pitta is also aggravated by eating too much fried, oily, greasy, spicy, sour, and acidic foods.

Intake of too many chemical medicines, low blood circulation, anemia, and general weakness after disease, stress, anxiety, and mental tension are also prime causes of hair loss.

Chronic diseases like typhoid fever, presence of dandruff or lice and hormonal imbalance also cause hair loss.

So watch out carefully for these reasons! You may be overdoing one of them, and thus losing your beautiful hair.

Treatment:
1.The first step is to locate the root cause in your diet or lifestyle that may be increasing the Pitta dosha. Once you locate it, try to give up or at least reduce the diet, habit, or activity responsible for increasing Pitta.

2.Always use a natural shampoo or soap to clean the hair. As most soaps and shampoos have chemicals, they might be the cause of your problem. Usually the chemicals have a heating effect, and increase Pitta locally. Amla (embilica officinalis), Shikakai (Acacia concinna) are very commonly used in India for washing the hair.

3.Oiling and massaging of scalp is very beneficial for stopping the hair loss. Use Neelibringadi coconut oil or kayyonnyadi oil at least three times in a week. Also medicated oils like 'Mahabhringraj oil ',' Amla oil and 'Arnica oil' are very useful. Put oil on the scalp, and massage gently in the roots of the hair.

4.The person should maintain a regular bowel movement everyday. In case of constipation, a mild natural laxative can be taken. Triphala, an Ayurvedic herbal powder, is also useful.

5.The diet should contain more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruitsand sprouts. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soybean and vitamin A.

6.Regular physical exercise is very beneficial as it helps in balancing the aggravated doshas.

7.Rub your scalp vigorously after washing the hair. It increases the blood circulation, and activates the sebaceous glands.

8.Daily application of coconut oil mixed with lime juice on the hair is also beneficial.
